Shemil AI ("we", "our", "us") provides workflow automation services for small businesses, including appointment booking, lead logging, and notification automation built on n8n. This policy explains what data we access, why, and how it is handled.
When you connect your Google account to our automation, we request access to the following Google services, only as needed to operate the automation you've configured:
Data accessed through these scopes is used exclusively to operate the specific automation workflow you have set up with us (e.g. booking a befaring, logging a lead, sending a confirmation email). We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the automation you requested.
Automation workflows run on n8n Cloud infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties outside of the services strictly necessary to run your automation (Google APIs, and OpenAI for AI-based processing where applicable). Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service, or until you request deletion.
You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page. You may also contact us to request deletion of any data we hold on your behalf.
